Corinne A. Nawrocki is the chief executive officer for Abel Elevator Consulting, Inc. with nearly a decade of experience in driving operational impact in the vertical transportation market of Boston, Massachusetts. From asset analyzation to solution-based strategies, she leverages a holistic approach to asset management with the intent of maximum return on investment. Similarly, her unbounding passionate energy to create meaningful relationships with industry professionals keeps Ms. Nawrocki on the forefront of changes to the industry.

Ms. Nawrocki is the CEO and founder of Abel Elevator Consulting, Inc. Her career has found her in the roles of field service, sales, operations, project management, surveying, safety training and client relationship management. Achievements have included igniting sales growth, bolstering project support, paving the way for successful implementation and significant improvement to site safety. As a strategic partner to her clients, she blends her passion for operating efficiency with sound business expertise to help organizations realize the most from their vertical transportation assets.

Ms. Nawrocki entered the vertical transportation arena in 2015, leading new sales strategies for Thyssen Krupp Elevator. She later moved into project management and on-site development with Schindler Elevator Corporation. Her latest role has included client relationship management with Stanley Elevator Company, Inc. Each stay along her journey has prepared her with a well-versed arsenal of knowledge to guide her clients with expedience and purpose. Her attentiveness to detail and solution-based strategy enables her clients to rely on her during challenging and developing opportunities.

Ms. Nawrocki shares her expertise and collaborates with other property management experts to strengthen complimentary business relationships as a member of the Boston Chapter of BOMA (Building Owners and Management Association). Her leadership skills have led to her being chosen to the Board of Directors, along with numerous committee and speaker engagements both local and international. She is also a board member of MESA (Massachusetts Elevator Safety Association), where she currently holds the office of Vice President.

Ms. Nawrocki has an MBA in Business Administration from Bentley University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley University.
